Default XC60 Replacement Coil Springs --2014 D5

Genuine Volvo springs or other after market springs, whats the general opinion.

My car was in for an MOT yesterday, the garage have shown me the 2 broken rear springs and the OSF broken front spring.
The garage has said they will get 4 springs from the motor factor or I can search and get Genuine Volvo springs or other after market springs, what the general opinion.

If you suggest aftermarket springs who would I get them from

The car has done 81K miles

I live in East Lothian, Scotland

I had to replace my nsf spring about 2 months ago and the car was in for service and to nsr spring had broken so I had one fitted.

Both genuine Volvo front £160 and rear £110.

Car sits nice and level even though only one replaced.

Car has done 100k so not surprised with the condition of the roads.

If you are replacing all 4 then aftermarket ones should be OK but not convinced that they will last longer than the Volvo ones.

Local main dealer recently quoted £980 not incl VAT to change 2 rear springs and do a total re-bushing of rear end. Not in a position to do it myself anymore took it to my local garage who sorted it out with genuine volvo parts for £345 incl VAT. And back on my drive same day.
Like others have already stated I’m not sure there is much difference between OME / after market with the exception of price
