what do they classify classic car meets as?

Hi,

To be fair, this is not a new regulation, nor is it a new law..
The police and council applied for, and got, a CC injunction.
One must assume that previous injunctions they had got (albeit on a smaller scale) worked?

But the I suppose, parking on the M1 slip roads, junction roundabout, hard shoulder etc is Ok?
Maybe they also used the dual carriageway to and through the next few roundabouts as a drag strip too...??

Mind you, £100 spot fines would have cleared up J27 of the M1 in no time..

Simple answer - go to Derby...

funny that in brum they happily let us congregat in groups of upto 200 cars and only step in when it leaves the industrial estate ie a few idiots decide that the private rd is not good enough and they have to go on the dual carriageways idiots some people ruin it for the ones who talk to the police and organise it so we can cruise etc on this industrial estate

Interesting comment and I think there lies the issue, its based on location..

Yea, the Notts location was not exactly the best!
It may also be the behaviour of the people may have been less than reasonable..
