Hi all, am reluctantly selling the family car after 8m ownership as a result of job change and enforced company car.

Please excuse any Volvo-term errors in my advert, I have tried my best to lurk and research!

2006 V50 / 2.0 E4 Diesel / 6spd manual / 4 owners / +-71k miles / full MOT / FSH / lots of factory options...









(still used daily mileage will increase slightly)

• Volvo Convenience / Comfort Pack, (Reverse sensors, cooled glovebox, selective locking);
• Volvo Winter Pack (headlight washers, 3 stage heated front seats, heated mirrors);
• Volvo Family Pack (integrated child booster seats in rear),
• Upgraded 17” ‘sculptor’ alloy wheels, (205/50/17 tyres; Pirelli at rear, Hankooks at front).
• Torsion bar / Upper strutbrace in engine bay,

• Genuine Volvo overmats / rubber bootliner / boot cover / retractable dog guard,

Overall condition of this car is excellent, as to be expected on a relatively low mileage example. There are some minor blemishes in the paintwork consummate with age (swirls, surface scratches) though notably no significant scuffs on any corner, nor much evidence of stone chippings on the front. A couple of minor marks are present on a couple of the alloys but overall the car is in great almost-new cosmetic condition. Leather is in good allround condition, some light scuffs / wear in places but no tears. Boot is in practically as new condition, helped in part by presence of rubber overmat.
There is a folder of history to accompany the car too, as well as a fully stamped Volvo / Specialist / Independent stamped service record.

In addition to the history file, car comes complete with all manuals, Navteq discs, remote for the Nav system, Simcard holder and original touchup chip sticks. There are three working keys provided (2 with valet attachment, 1 std), and the original toolkit / locking wheelnut key is present in the boot floor – along with spacesaver spare.

We travelled from Yorks to Wilts Jul14 to buy a car with such specification, and it has been a great family car since we have owned it. To keep it fully maintained we have replaced the alternator and the front shock-absorbers / bushes since buying the car; and it has just been MOT tested with the only advisory being a note about a rear seatbelt being untested due to fitment of child seat(!).

Car will also be fully serviced prior to sale (indicator light has just come on this week).

Known faults – to nit-pick!
- As above, light, and I mean light, marks to bodywork in a couple of places, as well as some wear / tear to the interior.
- Drivers overmat worn in heel area.
- We have used ISOfix childseats in the rear of the car, and these have been in permanent place since owning. Consequently there are light impressions of the child seats in the rear seat swabs – which will relax over time once the seats are removed, but are present at the moment – again, a non-issue but worth pointing out.
- Headlight washers are inoperative – never investigated why – but have cleaned the car regularly anyway, so never been missed!
