I believe that the 5k govt grant for the t8 is dead and buried now as they removed the grant for any car with a list over 50k. At least that is what my dealer told me.

It does appear the grant is still in place.
My dealer sent me a few weeks ago, a claim form for the £5000.00 government grant of which I was to sign and return. The form had a questionnaire attached. I will PM you screen shot of the email soon.

I believe that is because your order was in progress before it stopped at the end of the year. New orders placed now wont get the grant. Mine was ordered in aug 15 but not delivered yet, I will get the grant as it was in progress when the rules changed.

You can get £2210 off a D5 Momentum for instance if you have been a club member for 6 months. Also a lot off the accessories and options. Polestar for instance is £550 through the club discount scheme.

Is it through Volvo affinity scheme? I don't seem able to see 2016 one

Just checked my newsletter and it say there is an extra £500 off if you get a voucher from a club director.

As an added bonus members who attend our AGM or rallies can collect a voucher worth a further £500 discount if used within 90 days of the date of issue. See a club director at one of our events to collect this voucher.
