B18/ B20 Weber DCOE 40 Twin Carb Kit and More
Hi,
I am selling my Weber DCOE 40 kit of parts after running these for the summer last year. These parts are mostly all NOS IPD based kit dated 1990 so are Italian made Webers. The floats are plastic and the type is the 152 but the place of manufacture is Italy (so the first emission type carbs made). The carbs have all original boxes and jetting. The kit includes a range of options depending on what B18/20 configuration you have: Weber DCOE40, B20 Kit (IPD). Italian made. 1990 labelled. Boxed. 33mm Venturi. Used for 2000km, cleaned and repacked. Spare set of venturis with extenders to maximise flow. Original Weber stainless steel ram pipes. Never used. Spare 30mm Venturi (good for the B18 engine) - 2 sets 26mm alloy ram pipes. K&N Air Filters. 56-1310. Never used and still boxed with IPD labels. MISAB inlet manifold (used) TWM inlet manifold, throttle linkage (as supplied with IPD kit). Never used. MISAB inlet manifold with throttle bar (never used) At this stage I would like to sell this as a kit of parts for someone who I wants to find the best setup for their car. If you would like to buy a large portion of parts (eg the carbs + other items) I would split. I will be travelling through from Switzerland to South East England at the end of July so can drop the kit at a garage (eg Templar and Wilde) or meet up. I can also ship this to you in a box but would need to find the shipping costs. If you are UK I would ship from UK and if in EU would ship from Switzerland. I am asking 800GBP from the complete set of parts and will accept reasonable offers. |

Can anyone say if this kit will fit RHD cars? The rear carb and manifold have to be able to clear the master cylinders. Russ, can you comment?

Right hand drive cars
From my experience:
For the 1800s I used the magnolesi manifold on a LHD car so expect similar for RHD. For Amazon I think there is more space. I can measure the length of the TWM and MISAB if that helps. |

This will fit both the Amazon and the p1800 RHD all fine only thing I can see may be needed is the soft mod ( rubber inserts ) between the body of the inlet manifolds and the carbs I believe they do call it the soft mod accessory from the three or four setups I have fitted in the past also I see you have a throttle rod setup some money just in those parts alone you can also buy a throttle cable extra accessory so options available for potential buyers but all round my view is great value for money a decent setup of Weber’s carbs your looking at £1600 plus vat plus shipping !
So grab a bargain somebody these won’t hang around long 😎👍 Also i recommend once fitted a session on a rolling road for optimal fuel economy also performance dialled in for perfection 👌 Kind regards Robert.w

DCOE 40 version number
I have been asked questions on the version number.
These are the DCOE40 early version 151. This version includes the balance function by barrel and was made in Italy prior to the manufacture going to Spain. The top lids and boxes show made in Italy. I include a photograph to support this. I can help with jetting if needed. |
