The black pipe comes out of the a/c box and down into a white plastic elbow. As expected, the elbow was blocked and after prizing it off, was easily cleaned out.
The carpet now is out as the foam backing soaks up lots of water! That's the trickiest bit as ideally the seat needs taking out.
I'll try and post more pics if I can figure out how to reduce the size of them on my phone!

Hi.... new on here, used your photo and advice this morning and my c30 was blocked up. All sorted and saved me a windscreen which i'd come to the conclusion was the culprit. Appreciated :-)
