I’ve seen the calipers marked with ATE. I used those last time.

I use ATE front and rear. I think they are ATE original

The ATE parts catalogue lists 2 pad options. One appears to be standard and the other ceramic. Does anyone know which is supplied and fitted by Volvo?

It’s not the ceramic ones. I wouldn’t use those if you’re heavy on the brakes.

None of the above.

The Volvo ones are their own specification and cannot be sold by the manufacturer under their own brand. Whilst OEM brake manufacturers also sell their own pads for cars, they're not the same.

Local Volvo dealer wanted £124.80 for OEM. Volvo trade parts on ebay somewhere up north, wanted £71.50 (which is just about reasonable for genuine) but couldn't deliver until next week. Need the car this weekend so chucked in a set of EBC for £37.50 from the local factor. Not what I really wanted to do but not a lot of choice. (£124.80 is out of my league)
