Breaking 1975 244 2.1 (round headlamp model)

Hi all, as title suggests im breaking this car. It is currently complete apart from the inlet manifold and carb. The car has a full set of chrome arches on it and I also have a BRAND NEW o/s wing for it (scarce for a round headlamp model!!!).. Get in touch if you are after any bits, ta, Scott

whats wrong with it? think it could see road use again or is it too far gone?
