Default Advise on d5 auto?

Hi

Im new to forum but i had s80 auto tdi(140bhp)
My missus has serious crash on "m1" with class 1 vehicle 2 days ago and my s80 now looks bad.
Below in attachments few photos of my volvo after crash:
2 kids and my missus spend some time in hospital but now are been discharged.

My question is:

Can someone advice me about 2003, 2004 volvo s80 d5 auto like this one LINK or this one : LINK

Im really think that thanks to s80 my family is alive thats why i wanna stay with this make and model.

All info is more than welcome. I did make some research on this forum before posting this but only few major things like autogearbox, or this dpf problem found.
Thanks

"MK1" S80 (184 chassis code) was never fitted with the EU4 engine, so you wont have any DPF issues with these.

The only diesels available for those are the old VAG D5252T 140hp version, and the Volvo D5244T/T2 (131/163hp) engine.
Two variants are identical apart from the Engine Control Module software.

D5252T automatic is with the older AW50-42LE 4-speed box, and the Volvo engine is fitted with AW55-50SN 5-speed box.
Properly maintained, these gearboxes are strong and reliable. Look for flare on upshift from 2 to 3, and a delay when engaging P->D (you can feel two "thumps" if the hydraulic controller is about to go). 2003-> has the revised hydraulic control unit which has rerouted oil galleries. These are alot better.
