I’ve got issues with trying to get the card to charge, I’ve plugged it in and its blue status light, this is normal as the timer is set on my scheduled charging. But when i turn off the scheduled charging and press save, nothing happens and the light on the car remains blue…. I was trying on the older version of the app and it kept saying ‘technical error’
I basically cant charge the car at any time during the day now! Very frustrating… Anyone able to help?
