Got an email the other day from a guy who saw this ad from blackpool offering all the parts but would only deal thru western union, does antone else think SCAM?

I told the guy I would be in the uk this week and offered to pick them up and pay him in person. Amazingly the guy from the next street was very interested and they would be sold before I could arrive to collect them...
