2008 P3 XC70 steering "Cross?" wanted

I am in need of one of these. I think replacing it may fix my heavy steering.

I have no idea what it is called. I saw it on a Swedish site and there is was referred to as a "steering Cross"

If anyone have one or can give me a steer to where I can buy one, please get in touch.
