440 bumber/bumper backing bar

Hi,

I need to replace a bumper and bumper backing bar on a K reg Volvo 440, does anyone know if one from a 1995 N/M reg will fit?

not to sure if it will fit , but they are different bumpers.

I think so ...

I did it the other way 'round, at the front. Father's '94 440 ... couldn't get a replacement bumper that fitted ( they changed the configuration a few times on the series II, same bumper skin different arrangement behind ) so I got one off of a 1990 model. No problems with the bar - same - though the bumper did look a little weird when fitted.

Series II onto the first should look quite nice though. I think you'll have to do both ends!
