Default 850 estate rear floor mat from FIAT

Hi all
Just a little money saving tip I'm passing on from a chap who did a post sale valet ( I couldn;t get the smell of the previous owners dogs out of the carpets) on my 850 when I bought it.
He suggested I buy Fiat Stilo rear floor rubber mat in my 850 estate and it is an economical alternative (about a tenner from Fiat dealers) to the Volvo offering.

Default fiat floor mats

sounds like a good tip mate. just bought an 850 t5 and of course the original floor mats have gone. do the fiat mats fit correctly? front and rear?

just want to chech before i have the embarrassment of going to a fiat dealer.

cheers

But won't the Fiat rubber floor mats crumple if hit from behind, whereas the Volvo ones will obviously remain completely rigid and suffer no damage whatsoever...plus I'm pretty sure the Fiat rubber mats will rust away before your very eyes! ;-)

The mat fits the rear luggage area really well. as to corrosion it is only two years old! Fortunately in an accident it is surrounded by Volvo safety features..how lucky can a Fiat get!
