Go Compare has sorted me with a reasonable deal plus their excess deal too.

Would never use a broker unless it was a highly specialised requirement.

The problem with those facebonk groups is they are usually started by people who have a problem to air and the only people who post want to get something off their chest.

How many of us rang the garage we bought our cars from to thank them that is started first time every morning for the past year ?

I'm not saying the posts aren't factual but what you wont get is a steer on how many customers are happy with their policies and service.

I leave positive reviews on sites often.

I have attempted to use Adrian Flux and I won’t be trying again.

I don’t rate them and it does not suprise me to read some of those comments.

But would you leave reviews (good or bad) on a unregulated Facebook community page like that specific to the company would you use a reputable review site like TrustPilot, Trip Advisor etc. ?

You do know that you can buy positive Trustpilot reviews, negative ones, have your reviews managed, have negatives taken down...

But you've just shown the problem right there.

'they are usually started by people who have a problem to air'

Nobody would bother if they didn't have a problem and seems from that group that many people have problem. You get the bad and nobody bothers with the good. Why would you set up a group called 'X insurance company is great' However when you get people complainin en masse like this, it means something.

It means very little when only a quarter of the story is present.

100 people might complain about the service, and if only 100 customers are happy, that's very poor. But if it's 100 complaints versus 1,000,000 happy customers, that's a stunning result.

And of the people who complain - how many are the 19 year olds who have put farty exhausts and 2 litre engines into their Fiesta and the company doesn't repair their car after a crash because they didn't declare modifications?

In my mind, it only really means things are normal...

Where's the quarter of a story? It would seem you're the only one even here that is luvin the Flux. People generally can't be bothered complaining, only when it's REALLY bad so with your maths; lets say 100 complain versus 800 000 whoare dissatisfied but so completely beaten down by Flux and feeling a bit stupid for ever puting themselves into a situation where they would get conned so blatantly. Add acouple of hundred thousand who just sit there and take anything. Shocking result.

Right, then you go on to slate young people and their lack of money. Very nice that...
Finally, of course you've never had to make a claim so you don't really have any knowledge about thecompany at all.
