Replacement key wanted

Hi there. I need a new key (with buttons) for my xc70 2008 (japanese import). Local dealer asking £390! Anyone know of a better, cheaper source. I'm in Kent. Many thanks, Jane

Ring around the dealers near you. They don’t charge the same price. I’ve been given a price in excess of £400 or as low as £257. I had a price of £140 from an automotive locksmith. Do you have a keyblade with your key? You would be able to get a number from the dealer to have a key cut. It would get you into the car without damaging anything and a specialist could make a new key when you can get inside.
