'easier' being a relative term .. they're still a bit of a nuisance compared to other cars I've done, mainly as I'm sure you know the bolts come through from the other side in very awkward places
what is slightly odd is that pin / bar with the two holes in is a lot thicker on the powerflex items. so the bolts don't go all the way through, leaving some thread visible in the holes and the impression it isn't done up all the way. with the exception of one bolt on the near side that does go all the way in? far as I can tell the bolts are all equal length? go figure (I assume the subframe is just slightly narrower at that point for clearance) |

The number on the bag where the controle arms came out are the numbers you’re looking for?
So they will definitely fit your car…! |

Then there's the Ball joint to get back in. I looked at a video which suggested the use of a ratchet strap. Easiest way I have found is to undo and remove the 2 bolts holding the lower assembly to the shock then just move it out of the way fit the arm and put the ball joint back in the arm. all you have to do then is line up the 2 holes for the bolts and put them back and its game over. Worth remembering when you next have a ball joint to replace. |

yeah they are some stiff wishbones
I do the same, then use a pry bar now after seeing it on an A1 auto video, you have to watch you fingers a bit but it's so easy in comparison to all that ratchet strap sillyness from 9:00 on this video gives you a hamfisted demonstration from a rubbish angle but you get the idea https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4JnmcAo-oM |

Thanks for the message Onewheel - sadly I can't respond privately until I have 30 posts so just to let you know that I'll have a think about your offer and consider options as my S60 is already on borrowed time so looking for a cheap/reliable option with cheap being priority :-)
