Well, what have I done wrong?

Have managed to add a marker but what do you need to do to add your user name? The OP says it is simple but after four attempts it still does not show a name.

Help!

Name now showing. Looks like it has to "run overnight" to update - just like the system we have at work whereby we update on a terminal but the server takes its own sweet time.
