amazon parts

hi,im considering buying a damaged amazon to prepare as a historic road rally car and need the following parts:wings bonnet front panel grills etc.are thse parts available second hand and if so where?are the wings bolt on or weld on?would it be cheaper to buy a spares vehicle?thanks dan

Hi Dan,
is it that blue one on ebay by any chance? not much info in the ad description but it looks like its had a good thump, watch its not bent if its had a hard impact the main rails might be twisted. Looks like it would be happier on left hand bends than right

Most parts come up on ebay fairly regular. Smith and deakin stock fibreglass wings and i think front panels about £80 ish when i last looked.
If it is the same car then the wings look like they are fibreglass so maybe the damage wasn't that bad and the steel bits held up better. Expensive though, vendor should knock about £300 of that asking price at the very least!
