I've just brought a 54 plate s40 200 diesel...
I'm driving around 2000 rpm's and accelerate but my revs go up but no change in speed.. like something is slipping!!. But gear changes arw still smooth. Many thanks for any help/information. |

A slipping clutch will give you smooth changes, as it cannot snatch, as it is worn out. The other thing is it may have oil on it from a leak.
