Default Intercooler hose removal

Hi, daughters car has split its intercooler hose.
V40 2014. Do I need to remove the front bumper to change it?
Hose from inlet to intercooler. The one which is drivers side and seems to run very close to the pulley for the cam belt or serpentine belt?
Can it be done by removing say a fog light or the drivers side headlight?
Is there supposed to be some
Sort of cover over the serpentine belt pulley between it and the hose? Nothing there now but it looks to run pretty tight to it?
Job needs to be done parked on our drive. I have low ramps and plenty of tools.
Thanks, John.

Bumper removal is around forty five mins it seems. Including moving the car out the rain under the garage door. Intercooler hose removed in 90 seconds. Hopefully the new hose turns up tomorrow and I can put it all back together again ready for her. £118 for the hose seems steep to me but I am out of touch I guess. Can’t see how else the job could be done. 25/30 torx screws and bolts, two wiring blocks and two headlamp washer nozzles to disconnect.
Never took a modern one piece bumper off before. Easy enough.

New intercooler hose arrived today. It’s around an inch thinner in diameter than the old blown one that split. All fitted and clearance of the pulley is no issue now. It’s all back together and the fault code cleared with my gizmo. Took it for a hard run with a couple of long uphill hard pulls and she’s all good. No screws left over either. Jobs a good un.
