Default Coolant bleeding issue, 2017 v40

I have been working on a 2017 V40 T3 with the VEP4 2L engine this weekend.

Carried out a full service and coolant change as this was due. I drained all the coolant out by using the drain plug on the radiator then disconnected more coolant hoses to make sure it was fully empty.

Connected the vacuum bleeder and pulled a good vacuum for 10 mins then filled with a 50/50 mix of coolant. Ran the car up to temperature with the cap off to ensure no air was in the system and until the fan kicked in then the thermostat opened, confirms this, as coolant hoses were very hot.

The issue I have is after a 30 min drive I went to remove the cap on the reservoir and their was not pressure release.

I have Vida on my laptop I use on my V70 but can’t get it working on this car as it’s too new so I’m unable to check values.

Any help would be great as I’m now stuck.
