A few years ago I had a similar issue when needing to replace a MAF on a 2004 V70 petrol. The upper number you show I think is the Bosch ref No. What the other number is I don’t know, but suggest it’s another manufacturer ref No. it would appear every man and his dog make these sensors and each is appears to be minutely different to the next. When makers try to ID their parts it’s sometimes little wonder part numbers across manufacturers don’t match. What I do know is that over the years several threads have lamented the buying of a non genuine Volvo part. Success of non genuine part is when genuine Bosch (your first upper number) bits are used
Cheers Bob
