NO! I'd rather have the sunroof and can of goo.

Did you ever use the Pump & Goo? I’ve just bought a 2013 XC90 SE Lux with a Sunroof, no spare wheel, but with Goo.

I have AA cover and get extended breakdown cover (never used) when going over the other side of the Channel, so would just have to wait a bit for recovery if the Goo didn’t work I suppose.

My exec is the same- sunroof but no mechanism for raising/lowering the spare that it doesn't have. There is gubbins in the area but not sure what it's for.

Hi Martin - Happy new Year.

My 2011/12 Exec has both sunroof and spare wheel - Go Figure!!

We can have a look at your "gubbins" when we meet up.

Cheers

Default Decisions, Decisions

Some clever person probably made a recommendation, the Corporate types looked at how many spare space-saving wheels Verses gunk+inflator were being ordered/sold and/or there was a cost saving; hey presto they no longer drill the shell to allow the cable mech to lower he spare SS wheel, or some such,...

@realslimshady what year is your car? Maybe post 2012 it was no longer possible
