Petrol Leak - Loose Coupling?

Hi all

So whilst replacing my auxiliary belt, I noticed a smell of petrol under the car. I have on occasion sensed it inside the cabin. On starting the engine, I discovered a slow drip on the underside. From observation, it seems to be coming from where the four metal pipes disappear from the engine bay bulkhead, above the front subframe. Looks like it'll have to go up on a lift for better access. Does anyone know if the fuel pipes have any couplings there? I can see where the pipes are held by a four-way clip, and what looks like one end of a coupling. It's the larger of the four pipes which appears to be weeping.

OK - the leak has worsened, to the point it's pouring out now. Looks like my car is undrivable in its current state.

I have reached under to where the pipes disappear under the bulkhead, and I can feel a hole in one of the larger pipes, photo attached. Does anyone know what the part number is for this pipe, and how far back it goes?

I might try patching the pipe with some metal epoxy putty to get me to the garage.

I've no idea about the part number, but I wouldn't recommend driving with a fuel leak, even if it's patched up with epoxy. If it were mine and I wasn't able to fix it properly on the driveway. I'd be having it recovered to a garage.

OK - so the epoxy patch didn't work, it's still pouring out. There must be other fractures further along, and I just can't access the line in that location. Looks like it's going to have to be towed / trailered to a garage

The line which has gone is number 2 in the enclosed diagram, which looks to be the return. I've also read that the coupling at the engine end needs a special tool to disconnect it, can anyone shed any light on this?
