You want to know where to get pistons? Give Mahle a call. They list 81.4mm as being second oversize for a 2.3 T5.

cheers

Mahle can't get them? Crikey! Have you tried Volvo themselves?

There are plenty of companies stateside who virtually give away custom pistons...so if the worst comes to the worst...

cheers

I'd strongly recommend contacting SW Autos (www.swautos.co.uk). They've got lots of experience building strong Volvo engines and will definitely be able to source anything you require.
