after market suspension

Ok, so the top spring mount has gone on the nearside - makes a creaking/rattling sound when changing direction or accelerating braking.

To replace it, the front suspension needs to come out so if I am doing that, I may as well replace the suspension - car has done 160 k and has original springs/shocks.

I am looking on ebay and there are quite a few aftermarket kits - has anyone fitted these so I can filter out the rubbish.
