Default Position, Number Plate lights not working

Hello all. I have a 2000 S40 that I have owned since new. It's been a little neglected as of late and I'm trying to get her back in shape. Just rebuilt the top end as my timing belt pulley failed and I bent the intake valves. Now that is all done and i'm getting ready to drive her again I noticed that none of my position lights, or my number plate lights are working. I have checked the fuse and is good. Any suggestions on what could be the issue?

Thanks,
Tim

Maybe you can find what you are looking for at the URL below.

First check the CEM to see if the current goes out there.
