Help - rear shock parts - order of installation

Hi gang,
I just put my rear shocks back together using all volvo parts and I now get a squeak in the top mount area: either I'm missing a part or maybe I put the parts together in the wrong order??? The set-up is dynamic/comfort.

has anyone got one that they can take a picture of (assembled or disassembled)?

In particular, I"m stumped about four things:
1) are there two top bushings or just one?
2) Does the bushing(s) get placed between the top mount (metal piece) and the metal washer?
3) Is there a bushing that is placed between the metal cup and the top mount? I did not place one between these two pieces which did not make sense to me but it seemed to be the way the older (non-OEM shocks) were set up.

Any assistance you could provide would be much appreciated.

well after a few emails and a phone call with the local dealership it appears that I'm missing a top bushing: there are in fact two that are placed back to back...not sure why but that definitely explains the knocking and squeaking.

ok, correction - there are two bushings: one is placed above the mount and the other is placed just below the mount. This is contrary to ALL of the diagrams found online!!!!
