Today when i tried to connect Vida it loaded but when i press read vehicle...........

NO RESPONSE FROM THE VEHICLE:POSSIBLE CAUSES ARE; IGNITION IS NOT ON, THE VEHICLE IS OLDER THAN MODEL YEAR 1999, DEFECTIVE CEM/CDM.

I GIVE UP!!!!! THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING!!!!??

The other day was because of the date on the patch bla bla bla...SOLVE THAT
Now this.....REALLY??!!!!

Can the laptop see the DICE adaptor ?

I had the same error the other day, but when I checked in control panel, it could see my DICE listed, instead it was showing up a unknown device.

Disconnected it from the laptop and the OBD port then reconnected it - USB to the laptop then OBD to the car and worked fine.

Only happened once.

Yes it does see it.
the tests work everything the lights . but when is to read the car ....the message is that one
I even removed the framework 4.5 and install 4.0 because i read somewhere it was a cure....

I’ve read somewhere on here that there’s a fuse protecting the obd socket, and if gone it gives that error.
I’d have a search or look in your manual?

fill in the blank information on the first screen. cant remember what its called but where it has the vehicle info. fill in the missing bits eg sunroof, europe.

if there is a blank box it wont proceed

start the engine , the battery voltage may be low , mine only works on framework 3.5 ! when an update comes along i have to revert back to 3.5 ...

Reverted to Framework 3.5......No cigar.....

I would uninstall and reinstall it tbh only take half hour
