Default What Axle do I have ?

Hi all how do i tell what Axle i have

I need to replace the rear disks and while there off i thought i'd relace the shoes at same time but i dont know if am a multi link axle or not is there any way to tell ?

engine is B200FT 2lt turbo 1992 940 est

No it doesn't. Diferent pads were fitted to diferent model years. Quote your chasis/vin number to be certain of the right ones.

oh never knew that i know the front ones come in 3 diffent types but thought the shoes would be one fits all

Where is the best/cheepest place normaly to get them ? I did use euros but they let me down the last 2 two times i used them

I've found Braydons better, an usually cheaper, than Euro; particularly as they only deal in Volvos

Brake discs from them are not genuine Volvo, but are good. Brake pads are usually genuine Volvo.
I've not bought brake shoes (hand brake) as they normally only need changing if contaminated with oil or worn down by driving with hand brake on!

arh forgot about them and ive driven down to them for parts in the past

I thought i'd change the shoes and the handbrake cable has been tigtened up but still goes to 6+ clicks so i thought while disk's are off makes sence to change them then again it could be the handbrake cable :S
