Thule Detachable Tow Flange

Does anyone know if Thule do a detachable tow flange plate that would lock into the Thule OEM tow bar?

I'm looking for something like this but with the Thule detachable locking mechanism so it will lock straight in.

I am looking for something similar so that i can quickly add a cycle carrier.

I found what could be an alternative one ebay:

but its quite expensive when added to thye cost of a cycle carrier

Might even make something out of MS flats bolted together, there is a company on ebay that will laser cut any shape for you, they made me a bush insertion tool for less than £20
