Default 52 Plate V70 D5 SE £4995

Put the old bus up for sale on fleabay item 270437767840.

Let me know if you need any further details.

Cheers,

John.

"During my ownership I've replaced the tyres, serviced it (May this year) which included new front discs & pads and had the digital dash repaired (a common D5 fault) which came with a 2 year warranty. I also added the towbar last year which has only pulled a small caravan 4-6 times, so don't worry thats it's pulled a large horsebox etc all of its life !!

The car is MOT'd till 26/3/2010 & taxed till March 2010 and has full service history which consists of main dealer & specialist. It's also worth pointing out that the previous owner had the cambelt etc replaced at approx. 118k, so will not need doing for another 80k.

There are no known faults on the mechanics and it drives very well with no squeaks or rattles. The body is also in excellent condition with just the usual stone chips up front and with a v.small dent (about the size of a peanut) above the left rear wheel arch and also one the roof. The interior again is excellent with the leather in v.good condition (including the drivers seat), no marks on the dash (the handsfree kit will be removed & has not been screwed in place !), geniune Volvo mats and again all the electrics etc works !

Overall this is excellent car with plenty of miles left in it and has been well maintained with no money needed to be spent on it "

For any further questions email me or ring John on 0771 2802774.

The car is located in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Where did you get the exhaust trim from?

I have a 53 plate version of the same car and would like to "chrome" the exhaust tip

Can't really remember now, some local accessory shop from memory - there's plenty around though.

Cheers,

John

Think you'll be lucky to get nearly 5K
Think the offer you refused on E*** of 3995 was about as good as you could expect unless there is something special about this car. What you are asking is about top of a trade price.
Sorry if this offends, quite liked your car but not at the price your expecting.

Regards

Default Now sold !

Thanks for all the geniune enquires - car now with happy new owner.

Bogart - FYI, I had several offers over £4k and finally accepted £4750. In future I'd keep your comments to yourself unless asked for. I didn't ask for any feedback on why the car hadn't yet sold but for some reason you thought your input was needed and yes, I did find it offensive...........

Can't agree more, if something is advertised why do people comment on the valuation that the owner has set? If they are interested in it either pm what you are willing to pay or just look elsewhere. By making these comments you are fundamentally being negative towards the value and as often proven they do sell for what they are worth hence £4750. I think all comments should either be interested people with general questions on the vehicle or advice on how to improve the advert. Maybe admins could remove negative valuation posts?

Wasn't meant as a criticism, sorry you took offence where none meant.
