James Bottrill (Foggy James) is the new Acting VOC 300/66 Register Keeper who has taken over from Ted Brown who resigned from the post on September 1st.

Initiation ritual...is that the one where Mr IC takes you for a spin around a track in his R, and if you come back white as a sheet, you've failed? Or does it involve funny handshakes and chanting?
