lpg, reroute pipe
Hi, recently purchased a 1993 960 3ltr, wich has had a sequencial lpg system fitted only a few months ago, everything works absoluteley great, but whoever fitted it has fitted the vapouriser on the left over the exhaust manifold and the pipe and wires going over the black plastic inspection cover, this is a real pig when tryig to get at coil packs and remove/fit plugs, question is, would i be able to reroute this pipe around the engine with a longer piece of rubber pipe to the injector rack, i have fitted a lpg system to a 940 4 years ago but ths was the old single point injection system was quite simple, i am not sure how long this pipe between vapouriser and injector rack can be, hope somebody can help, cheers, pete

Re-route LPG pipes
As the fitting was done only a couple of months ago why not take it back to the fitter? The worry would be that if you did it yourself you might invalidate the warranty.

I do know you need to keep the pipe between the vapouriser and injectors as short as possible. My vapouriser is up front at top left side of the rad & works fine. Maybe that's an option.
