S40 T4 Question
Guys I am thinking of changing the car to an S40 T4 and called my insurance to get a quote. I phoned and asked could I be quoted for a 1998 2.0 T4 SE but they said they did not have a listing for it but they did have a listing for a 1.8 T4 SE. What is going on.
I then phoned volvo to find out and they told me they didn't think that there was such a thing as a 1.8 T4 SE Also what BHP is the 1.8 T4 SE Cheers.........good to be back |

RE: S40 T4 Question
There are two phases of S40 T4. Phase one ( pre 2000 models) had a 1885cc (1.9l) engine, and phase II have 1948cc (2.0l) engines. Both engines have 200bhp as standard and the same 0-60 etc. as far as i can see the only benefit in having the 2.0l engine is that it should tune up to slightly more bhp because of the bigger cc.
hope this helps, jacq. |
