need to update my 79 to the later type with slim bumpers .

need wings , headlight frame etc ...

I might be able to help with this, but my spares car is virtually on the south coast. Also missing a few trim items.

What (and why) are you doing with the bits you remove?

Trim not an issue , in converting an early 79 to the flathood front...

What do you need then? Only wings and headlight panel?
Would you collect or arrange a courier?

Id have them couriered that far away.

It all needs to be in good condition.
