Here you go... What boost are you making at present?

1. remove turbo hetshield to gain access to rod/adjuster.
2. Spray lock nut at RHS of adjuster with WD40 or put small amount of penetrating oil around area between nut and adjuster. Leave for a few minutes.
3. Slacken the nut off with 10mm spanner. If you put spanner on vertically, you need to pull it TOWARDS you to slacken.
4. Once you have slackened the nut, use a pair of long nosed pliers and remove clip which holds the arm/adjuster onto the pin.
5. CAREFULLY lift the arm up and off the pin. If you move the arm too much either up and down or side to side you will probably damage the diaphragm at the opposite end and result with low or no boost.
6. Turn actuator adjuster 1 full turn towards the nut i.e. turn it towards you also.
7. Replace arm and adjuster over the pin and replace clip.
8. Take for a run and see what boost it is making. Remember to allow the car to fully warm up so engine is at working temp.
9. Repeat if required until you get boost to level you want, having allowed engine to cool.
10. DO NOT GO ABOVE 12PSI.....

Simple answer - not sure!! Was on car when I got it, I have just had to sort out wiring as connections were loose/taped together so only looked at gauge end. Will be doing oil change shortly so will have a look then.
