Have also just downloaded AudioWagon into my XC60 R-Design Pro B5p AWD with Harmon/Kardon, and its does as it says on the tin!

That a 32GB stick 90% filled with music!
That will sort out the annoying blackspots tunnels!
All i need to now workout is how to get the speed limits showing correctly, ( and before you all say its reading the road ).

Very glad the Audiowagon works. We had a message from the dealer that our car is built and currently planned for delivery 18/12/21 - 24/12/21. Might even arrive a bit sooner. 🤞🏻

How does google maps navigation behave when in the tunnels?

@Fibrous, Google Maps has( Offline ) database that it uses! so its not too much of an issue! As the longest tunnel ive currently taken this car though is one under the Thames it was OK!

Car is going into the dealers this week to have a full diag run and see if there are any gremlins in the system!

Seriously now, Spotify and other music content providers have apps published for Android Automotive, it is just Volvo who hasn't developed an integrated music player that can read from USB.

Renault and other manufacturer are moving to Android Automotive, and I am sure they have a music player, maybe other apps third-party apps will be published in the Play Store that will allow USB playback.

The main problem that I see is that Volvo launched the Android Automotive in an unfinished state, wanting to be innovative but...
- No Android Auto (probably never)
- No Waze (probably never)
- No USB Playback
- No Apple Carplay (wired or wireless)
- No network coverage for the integrated sim in many countries (phone hot-spot needed )
- Yes on yelling in your car "Ok Google turn on the TV in living room" and "Ok Google find the nearest Starbucks " while your child is maybe sleeping

This looks like my Renault Megane II infotainment with third party GPS

Maybe I am wrong but I don't consider this in any way innovative....
