Free Vodafone Sim offer

Hi all
So I had my car serviced at Volvo and I got the free 100GB Sim card.
It works fine however when I use the Intune app to listen to Virgin Radio UK I get an error message saying "This station is not available in your country".

This is very annoying as the DAB signal around my area is very poor. If I tether my phone it works fine. There is something about the sim card that thinks its not in the UK.

Has anyone else had this issue and managed to resolve it?

The SIM is an IOT sim.
It is not a local market sim.

The “internet in the car” service from vodafone is ‘Vodafone Group’ solution not a Vodafone UK solution. Hence designed to be used globally.

This maybe why the radio app stuff doesn’t work as it won’t have a UK IP address.
