VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

No, not reverse threaded. Likely to be tight because the garage probably did them up with a windy ratchet, find yourself a 6-sided socket and a dent ratchet and you should be able to shift them.
