Any Ideas where I can get hold of one?

That looks distinctly one off made or in a small batch to aid reliabilty in racing. Would immagine its not a commercially available part, so you best get your designing head on.

I have a couple of 2.4t tensioners here. I will take a look, Im not sure if they would work as part of a mod.
