Any ideas on this part
Hi,
Looking under the bonnet today noticed there was a part that looked like it belonged somewhere... any ideas what it is or where it goes? Thanks, Nick

That's your swirl arm, when the ball it connects to wears the arm falls off. Google XC90 swirl arm for more information

without being technically minded - whats does it do?
no warning lights on the dash etc and seams to drive OK!
