You need to double check with a meter as Volvo often changed wires from one year to the next.

This is what I have

Almost universally (ISO standard colours)

12v positive/permanent is red
ground (or 12v- as you refer to it) is black.
Ignition switched/accessory 12V is usually yellow
Antenna trigger is usually blue
