photography corner....add yours!
I have been meaning to put these up for a while, some cool snaps, and some not so, but interesting all the same, also been meaning to write a feature for the driver about the 1500 mile round trip to the Isle of Skye me and my now fiancee made last new years... ah well, one day.

Pics look just like the scenary around southern Norway when we went camping there in early September some years ago - not too warm for young kids under canvas! We weren't expecting that!
As a contrast our experience on the Isle of Skye was camping amid swarms of midges one August - we chose their short season to holiday too.... Lovely scenary though: must go back one day but a bit expensive on the fuel from the south coast in my Volvo 164, eh Julian! At my age a train trip looks VERY attractive. Paul |

I have lots of pictures of my car. Some good, some bad, some containing controversial EXIF data (but we won't go there again). One picture of it made it on to an album cover for an indie band in California (although most of them are from Timperley).
Perhaps I'll post one a day or something. Tell me when to stop. I need to get a shot of it with the 4*0 as well.

My Amazon
A couple of pics from a trip I took a few years ago. From the UK to Nordkap, via Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Russian border. 4000 miles in 3 weeks. The old girl never missed a beat. I’ll write the trip up at some point.
I also managed to cover 1170 miles in 28 hours when I had to drive to Sweden via Holland from the UK. It’s still my favorite car of all time. I’ve had it for over 10 years now. |
