Default XC40 Recharge

Just took my car in for its 3 year service on a massive mileage of 17000. Picked up the all electric XC40 as a loan car.

Plus side. Love the acceleration. Feels more chuckable than the XC60.
Minus side. It’s too small. Feels heavier through the steering. Picked it up at 90% charge. After 12 miles down to 82%.

Bring on the all electric XC60. Needs a minimum range of 300 miles.

Oh did I tell you I love the acceleration. Coming onto a dual carriageway from a slip road doing 30 mph. Floored it. I’ve never been thrown in my seat so hard. Looked down and I was doing 85. Jeez.

Yep. Enjoying yourself in an EV won't take you very far.

Having a light right foot has become the new challenge for me since buying a hybrid.
