V40 2014 Sat Nav No GPS Signal

I have a 2014 Volvo V40 D3 Cross Country. The sat nav settings show Number of satellites : 0 and no latitude or longitude values in the sat Nav settings. Is there a quick fix I can do myself to get it working again or as the car is still under warranty should I just take it to a dealer? I didn't buy the car from a franchise dealer and previously had no problems with the sat Nav working. As I'm new to this forum any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I would say it will need to go back to a dealer to have this checked as I've not heard of any problems with the cars acquiring satellites in the past.

Returned the car to the dealer today and they replaced the shark fin antenna on the roof which contained the GPS receiver. Sat nav no working without any problems and receiving 8 satellites. Work carried out under warranty.
