what age is the car ? is it the type with the three prongs or the doughnut ?

1965/66 had a traditional centre bearing, the bearing carrier has 2 prongs which sit in 2 rubber bushes. A 1970 model has a large rubber doughnut secured to car floor with a metal strap. I think yours will be the later type.
I do believe you can buy either type prop and retain your original bearing. Thoughts please?? Chris |
