I rent mine from barsandboxes.co.uk in Tunbridge Wells.

I only need one once a year and would have nowhere to store one anyway.

I'd recommend - The Roofbox Company. I bought my Hapro Roady 422 off of them & have used it on both a Mazda 5 & the XC. I bought new bars for the XC (£70 for Volvo ones via Rufe at FRF) but could likely have used the ones off the 5 at a push.

Box fitted perfectly (it more square than long) & was ideal for our trip up north earlier this year. I am lucky I have a garage/hoist for storing when not in use.

The only wee hassle was the height for fitting, but nothing a set of steps won't fix !

Good luck

I guess it will depend of what is its intended use .... assuming it is not to store a few pairs of ski, my personal preference is thule atlantis 780. it is longer and not full roof width so I think you will also have enough roof width to add a roof carrier.

Have a look at the thule website, you can select your car and the roof box and it will show you how it looks !!!

I use the box every time we go on holidays with our 4 kids and we have enough space for up to 3 weeks abroad.

Cheers
