I apologise if I have upset you...that's not my intention. I posted that before you sent me that Private Message.

You, however, are not the only one that is angry. Again, I am not trying to offend you but you seem to be the only one that can help sort this.

My intention is to get this sorted and to get this guy to do as he should - either give us a refund or post the goods (on which I have spent my hard earned cash and at such a cash strapped time as Christmas).

Yeah you could say that I shouldn't have bought such an item if I was that strapped for cash...but maybe I like the thought of supporting another fellow forum member as opposed to buying one from the US off of DaveBarton.

I, as will others, will be awaiting a response.

the numbers dont track beacuse they do not exist and are not correct royal mail numbers, just asked my mate who works for royal mail.

if they had been real numbers it would say that they are currently in progress or delivered or where they were posted from.

doesnt look good for this guy and after having a quick look at dave barton site it appears that some of the pics on this thread have been taken from his site? things like this spoil a forum and ruins it for genuine sellers/buyers

1. right for one refunds are been done from paypal
2. a clam has been put in with the post office
3. simon has note to do with this so dont have ago at him
4. i can not help if the post office have lost the post thats one thing out off my hands
5.. i say sorry to you all but all i have done is post them and am getting all this cos its lost and no i did not get them from the u.s

Can it be establishment when the badges were ordered??
If there is a larger timespan in it, than it becomes strange that the letters have been posted alltogether at a later moment.

Can I have a refund of my PayPal (£8) please. If the badge shows up I promise that I will pay again by PayPal. Any loss in the Royal Mail is down for the sender to investigate and get compensation, not the recipient. You give numbers for the letters but are the Recorded, or Special delivery ?

When I was in business, several years ago I sent several hundreds of pounds, via Special Delivery, using my local Post Office. The package never arrived, either through dishonesty at the P.O. or because it was put in the wrong delivery bag and someone took the opportunity. I claimed and within HOURS the PO investigation team arrived and I got my money back in full, including postage. Shortly afterwards the PO had a new Postmaster. That's how seriously the Royal Mail treat this type of claim.

So Phil, if you posted all packets at the same PO, then complain and things WILL happen, quickly.

it is plainly obvious they were never posted, as someone else stated RM take this kind of thing very seriously, had 3 ''recorded'' packages gone missing they would of sent loads of official documentation stating their intention to deal with this matter...

where is it...... copy/paste is a great tool


paypal refunds are also instant.

Just had a PM from Phil. He said that he had posted my badge through my door at 6-23pm tonight. Unfortunately he got the wrong address, round the corner, so I went to the address he posted it at but there was no reply. Will try again tomorrow and update this forum.
